Sharing with third parties

We only share data when needed for our services or when legally required.

Payment providers process data for online donations. They act as processors under our responsibility.

IT and communication services (such as forms and ticket systems) may process data on our behalf. We have processor agreements with these parties.

For our ANBI status we publish financial data on the ANBI page. This does not include donors' personal details.

Online payments

For online donations via the donation page, we process data through our payment provider (for example iDEAL or card). The provider receives payment details needed to complete the transaction.

Donations are in principle final. Unjustified chargebacks or reversals are recorded. See also our terms under Donations and online payments.

ANBI and Tax Administration

As an ANBI-recognised foundation we must report our spending transparently. On the ANBI page you will find our annual reports and policy documents.

We keep donation data for fiscal administration and to account to the Tax Administration on request. We do not publish donors' names or addresses.
