Scope
These terms apply to Stichting Victoria's Fundación (Chamber of Commerce 97199974, RSIN 867948322) and anyone who uses our website, requests help, donates, volunteers or collaborates as a business.
By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and our privacy statement.
Services
We offer social support and guidance in the Den Helder region. You can apply via the intake form.
We are not a law firm or official debt counselling service. Where needed we work with authorities and refer onwards.
We cannot guarantee that every request for help will be accepted. Availability depends on capacity and fit with our programmes.
Business collaboration
Businesses wishing to collaborate (sponsorship, volunteer deployment or partnerships) can contact us via the contact form or the for businesses page.
Specific agreements on sponsorship or collaboration are set out in a separate agreement where needed.
Donations
Donations are welcome via the donation page or bank transfer. As an ANBI-recognised foundation, private donors may benefit from tax advantages under certain conditions. See the ANBI page for more information.
Donations are in principle final and non-refundable, except when the law requires otherwise or when there is a demonstrable processing error by the foundation.
Donations and online payments
Chargebacks or reversals without good reason (for example credit card fraud or unjustified disputes) are reported and may lead to refusal of future gifts.
For online payments (iDEAL, card) the payment provider's terms also apply. We process donations in line with our privacy statement and ANBI administration for the Tax Administration.
Volunteer work
Volunteers register via our website. We expect volunteers to follow our house rules and instructions. Volunteer work is unpaid unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
We do our best to provide accurate information. Decisions by authorities, employers or other third parties are outside our responsibility.
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence on our part.
Use of the website
You may use our website as intended. Misuse (for example uploading harmful code or disrupting services) is not allowed.
Content on the website is for information. We reserve the right to change texts and images.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy statement. For cookies see our cookie policy.
Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is on this page. Continued use of our services after a change counts as acceptance, unless the law requires otherwise.
